Cold when we set off, Marie took the correct option and travelled with Phillipe to the first Chateau before rding the last 50 k’s.
The first 65 k’s was at first throughy forest but then 30 k’s along a very straight road. Visited 2 chateax at Langeais and Azay le Rideau.
Have been very lucky with the weather and made it to Loche just before it bucketed down.
