La Grande-Motte - Le Fini
Hi, now in La Grande Motte and riding is fini other than maybe Mt Ventoux. The reason we have been off the air for several days is we have not had internet access. Have put a lot of photos on below. 8 June day 5 Loches to Argenton 85 ks (no actually...
Well we set off in the rain and rode for 2 hours in the rain (had to wonder what we were doing here) but it stopped 1 hour before lunch so only had a head wind which reduced us to 15 ks per hour to contend with. Lunch was after 50 k’s and Marie thought a ride and chat with Phillipe was in order. The others had gone ahead so Mark, Peter, John and Grant set off down the wqrong road...

Hi Cold when we set off, Marie took the correct option and travelled with Phillipe to the first Chateau before rding the last 50 k’s. The first 65 k’s was at first throughy forest but then 30 k’s along a very straight road. Visited 2 chateax at Langeais and Azay le Rideau. Have been very lucky with the weather and made it to Loche just before it bucketed down. trust everyone...

Great day touring Paris, can hear the bells of Notre dame from our apartment which is very central, only one block from Notre Dame !! Bit of culture befroe the bike ride visiting Sacre Coeur, Mont Matre and Musee d’Orsay.
